What’s the Construction Management Program?

Housed in the College of Engineering, Chico State’s CMGT program transforms students’ curiosity to graduates ready to join a high-profile team of construction leaders out in the workplace. Our small class sizes and curriculum which blends theory with hands-on learning fosters the perfect learning environment for students to explore the intricacies of construction management.

Accredited by the American Council for Construction Education (ACCE), the CMGT program has nurtured deep and time-tested relationships with more than 60 leaders in the construction industry; leaders who have been at the forefront of the fast-paced construction industry, managing and building the structures we live, work and play in across the globe.
